This Software Agreement ("Agreement") is between You (either an individual or an entity), the End User, and SEO Filter Author ("Svetoslav Marinov ").

By downloading/installing/using SEO Filter you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, you may NOT use SEO Filter.

SEO Filter ('the Software') is a copyrighted work of authorship and is also protected under applicable laws. SEO Filter Author retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This license is not a sale of the original Software. it grants you non-exclusive use.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

SEO Filter and any related files are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including and without limitation the warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of SEO Filter is the responsibility of the licensee. If SEO Filter is found to contain defects (a natural occurrence in the software development), the licensee and NOT SEO Filter Author assume the entire cost of service and repair. It is your responsibility to manage backup copies of your web site and ensure that SEO Filter is updated to the latest and the most stable version. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this license agreement.

In some situations SEO Filter may not be compatible with the modules/addons/plugins/widgets installed on your site. SEO Filter Author is not responsible for any problems as a result of that.

In NO event shall SEO Filter Author or its employees or licensors or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, sales, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if SEO Filter Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some countries/states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, but may allow liability to be limited, in such cases, SEO Filter, its employees or licensors or affiliates' liability shall be limited to U.S. $25.

LICENSE

 

Open Source GPL

SEO Filter is available under the GNU GPL version 3 (General Public License) and under our own Commercial License.
Under the GPL, anyone is at liberty to freely use and distribute SEO Filter provided they abide by the terms of the GPL.

Commercial License

If a user purchases a SEO Filter Commercial License, SEO Filter may be operated free of the GPL and without needing this credit. However, other Commercial License terms apply and SEO Filter may not be redistributed.
There is a Single-site Commercial License which allows SEO Filter to be used on a single site (website or extranet), on a single URI address or Multi-site Commercial license should be purchased.
Under a Commercial License, SEO Filter is still available in open source form, so that developers may still modify the SEO Filter code for their own needs.

SEO Filter Author grants you a non-exclusive license to:

(1) Use SEO Filter on one or more domains or subdomains but "Enhanced by SEO Filter" footer must remain intact.

(2) Purchasing a license gives you the right to remove copyright "Enhanced by SEO Filter" footer text for a single site (website or extranet), on a single URI address or Multi-site Commercial license should be purchased.

Instructions how to remove the copyright footer are sent to you after a successful payment. Cancellation of payment invalidates your license.

ANTI-PIRACY AND EULA VIOLATIONS

ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY:

You may NOT use the software on any website that

    * encourage terrorism
    * promote illegal activity
    * promote racism
    * promote pornography
    * promote piracy of intellectual property

You are entitled to:
    * Install SEO Filter on a forum or site and make sure that it is configured properly.
    * The Software is licensed only to you. You may NOT rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of SEO Filter Author

You are NOT entitled to:
    * Allow others to use SEO Filter unless they comply with the terms of this agreement.
    * Use a single site SEO Filter license for multiple domains or subdomains.

COMMENCEMENT & TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective from the first date You install the Software.
This license agreement will terminate automatically upon failure to comply with the limitations described herein or on written notice from an authorized representative of SEO Filter.

On termination, you must destroy all copies of SEO Filter within 24 hours. Termination of the license due to noncompliance will not result in any refunds of license or installation fees.

OPTIONAL INSTALLATION SERVICE

SEO Filter Author or an affiliate may assist you install the software onto your web server if in agreement with the customer. A SEO Filter team member will then install and test the system. The Installation includes basic configuration only, unless stated in writing prior to installation.
We will not configure/setup your items, categories or any other elements.

SEO Filter author or SEO Filter Team is not responsible for any web hosting monthly fees, setup fees etc. We will make every effort to protect data during installation or service, we do not assume responsibility for loss of data. Hard disks and all data on your server should be backed up often and backed up before SEO Filter team is contacted for service or installation.
We are not responsible for any loss of data.
The amount paid for Installation Service is not refundable.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

SEO Filter Author has no obligation to deliver You with technical support unless separately agreed in writing between You and SEO Filter Author.

SEO Filter Author or Affiliates may in future offer such service.

MISCELLANEOUS

SEO Filter Author reserves the right to change the terms of this license agreement at any time and without notice.
