End User License Agreement - EULA
By installing and/or using SEO Filter you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, you may not use SEO Filter.
SEO Filter ('the Software') is a copyrighted work of authorship and is also protected under applicable database laws.
SEO Filter Inc. retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist.
This license is not a sale of the original Software or any copies . it grants you non-exclusive use.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
SEO Filter Lite and any related files is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including and without limitation the warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of SEO Filter Lite is the responsibility of the licensee. If SEO Filter Lite is found to contain defects (a natural occurrence in the software development life cycle), the licensee and not SEO Filter Inc. assume the entire cost of service and repair. SEO Filter Lite's security mechanisms rely upon 3rd party technology and have inherent limitations. It is your responsibility to ensure that SEO Filter Lite meets your requirements and is compatible with your forum installation. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this license agreement.
In no event shall SEO Filter, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if SEO Filter, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
LICENSE
SEO Filter Inc grants you a non-exclusive license to:
(1) use SEO Filter Lite on one or more licensed copies of supported forums but "Powered by" footer text must remain intact.
(2) Purchasing a license gives you the right to remove "Powered by" footer text by configuration SEO Filter.
Instructions will be sent to you after a successful purchase.
(3) One license per site/address/forum url is permitted or this will cause other forums stop working.
(4) The software source code may not be altered.
ANTI-PIRACY AND EULA VIOLATIONS
SEO Filter reserves the right to include mechanisms for the detection of the SEO Filter Lite software piracy and/or general EULA violations.
These mechanisms may include the transmission of data from your server to SEO Filter Inc.
servers that identify your unique SEO Filter Lite license key and forum URL information.
Note:
NO ADDITIONAL DATA other than what is required to validate your SEO Filter Lite license will be transmitted.
Authors of sites found to be running unauthorized copies of SEO Filter Lite will be contacted and requested to buy/uninstall SEO Filter Lite.
Those who do not comply will be subject to legal action and licenses will be disabled and this will cause your forum to stop functioning.
ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY:
You may NOT use the software on any website that
USE
You are entitled to:
- Install SEO Filter Lite on a forum with modifications, extensions, hacks, or plug ins.
SEO Filter attempts to ensure that SEO Filter Lite is compatible with forum's "hacks", it is not responsible for conflicts that arise when an incompatible hack is installed along with SEO Filter Lite.
- The Software is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of SEO Filter Inc.
You are NOT entitled to:
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly and changing source code. You may not modify, decrypt, copy, extract or change any of the source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Allow others to use SEO Filter Lite unless they comply with the terms of this agreement.
- Re-distribute SEO Filter Lite without the express written permission of SEO Filter, Inc.
- Use one license of SEO Filter Lite per address/site is allowed.
SOURCE CODE
Due to the following circumstances, we are unable to reveal all our source codes.
- Protection to our intellectual property
- Protection against illegal distributions of our products
- Protection against our product ownership and copyright
TITLE
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights for SEO Filter Lite shall remain with SEO Filter. The Software is protected by International copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content generated through SEO Filter is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This license gives SEO Filter no rights to such content.
TERMINATION
This license agreement will terminate automatically upon failure to comply with the limitations described herein or on written notice from an authorized representative of SEO Filter.
On termination, you must destroy all copies of SEO Filter Lite within 24 hours. Termination of the license due to noncompliance will not result in any refunds of license fees.
MISCELLANEOUS
SEO Filter reserves the right to publish the names of registered users of SEO Filter and their associated websites. SEO Filter reserves the right to change the terms of this license agreement at any time. Changes to the license agreement will be announced via the SEO Filter web site located at http://seofilter.com
Failure to receive notification of a change does not make those changes invalid.
Technical support will not be provided for 3rd party modifications of your forum that are found to be incompatible with SEO Filter although SEO Filter Inc. encourages reporting of such issues on the SEO Filter web forums so that the development team may consider them as potential future upgrades.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Since SEO Filter is not a tangible product and also it can be tested without a license so we consider it as a non refundable product.
